This is the follow up to our Smart Building Cheat Sheet #1, which presented an approach to structure use cases and required technologies in a #SmartBuilding project. The Smart Building Cheat Sheet #2 displays the constraints between essential project roles and highlights the expertise required.
The cheat sheet answers the following question:
> Which project roles and expertises are required for a Smart Building project?
Project roles: A Smart Building project requires close collaboration between several essential roles to ensure success.
Expertise: Traditional project roles mostly do not cover the required expertise regarding #BuildingTechnologies, #EnergyManagement and IT & #Data Management.
Major risks: There are several major risks to the overall value of the Smart Building which should be managed with the right expertise and at the right project phase.
